Three Little Birds, Revisited

5 Mar

Happy free agency everyone!

Word is we’ve already offered a five year contract to Antrel. Dansby’s coming to Miami tomorrow, and The Trifecta’s going to do their best to lock big Karlos up before Dan Snyder rides up on a panda bear and hands him $125 million dollars in unmarked bills. To top it all off, it seems that Boldin’s available for a 3rd rounder.

Interesting how suddenly possible a Cardinals triple-play is becoming… Now, paying all three of these gentlemen would be another matter.

Boldin, Rolle, Dansby.

Our need for a true #1 WR has skyrocketed to top priority in my book. If we don’t make moves ASAP we are going to fall further behind the pack. Jets may be mortgaging their future but they were 30 mins from the Superbowl.

I think you’ve mentioned this before, a 1st and a 3rd for Marshall AND Boldin…why is that not a no-brainer? We can shed enough cap space to make the money work.

    Go Fins!

It’s an interesting question. To score more points or allow less? Jets were 30 minutes from the big one, mainly with killer defense and a solid running game. Yet, the other teams in the final mix, Saints, Colts and Vikings, were scoring juggernauts.
