The Fibbing Fin: Tiny Darth Vader to Become Dolphins Minority Owner

5 Feb

In an ongoing effort to increase the star power of the Miami Dolphins franchise, Owner Stephen Ross is selling part of the team to overnight sensation Tiny Darth Vader.

Tiny Darth Vader came to prominence roughly 72-hours ago, when he debuted in a Volkswagen Super Bowl commercial preview posted on You Tube. The spot has gathered over ten million views, with the actual game still over a day away.

“My first thought when someone becomes famous, is how to immediately sell them part of our football franchise,” explains Ross. “People like winners, sure. But they really like to see a parade of various famous and semi-famous people loitering on the sidelines.”

Tiny Darth Vader joins other Miami co-owners in playing major roles in this weekend’s NFL festivities. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony highlight the guest list at the White House viewing party. Fergie will be performing in the halftime show. Make no mistake, our Dolphins are doing everything possible to make noise Super Bowl weekend.

Aside from actually playing in the game.
